Floating Points' Sunflower Sound System is a touring rig of eight stacks and 32 hand-built cabinets. The Sunflower Audio team helped extensively with the design, construction and technical input on the system. Its sound has been widely acclaimed for its warmth and clarity.
Cosmic Slop is a long-running Leeds night whose income funds MAP Charity's work with young people. Its sound system was built by hand by Sunflower Audio's Tom Smith: fully analogue, inspired by New York's disco systems and Jamaican sound system culture, with wooden stacks in each corner of the room. Its warmth and detail have made it one of the most respected sound systems in the UK.
