Inside the SA3
The SA3 is a 3-way floor-standing loudspeaker that pairs a 15in. bass-reflex woofer with a horn-loaded midrange and acoustic lens, bringing the scale of a sound system into larger spaces.
A horn and lens for the midrange
The midrange comes from a 1in. compression driver on a horn, with an acoustic lens in front to spread its sound evenly across the room. It covers 1.1kHz to 7kHz, where voices and most instruments sit.
15in. of bass-reflex weight
A 15in. woofer in a bass-reflex cabinet handles everything below 1.1kHz, reaching down to 50Hz for the mid-bass punch and scale of a full sound system.
Three ways, split twice
If selected, a passive 3-way crossover splits the signal at 1.1kHz and 7kHz, handing the top octaves to a dedicated compression tweeter. Each driver only covers the range it does best.
