Inside the SA4
The SA4 is a 3-way floor-standing loudspeaker built around a horn-loaded midrange with an acoustic lens, bringing the character of a professional system home.
A horn and lens for the midrange
The midrange comes from a 1in. compression driver on a horn, with an acoustic lens in front to spread its sound evenly across the room. It covers 1.1kHz to 7kHz, where voices and most instruments sit.
A 10in. woofer for real weight
Below 1.1kHz a 10in. woofer takes over, reaching down to 50Hz for bass with genuine scale and weight.
Three ways, split twice
If selected, a passive 3-way crossover splits the signal at 1.1kHz and 7kHz, handing the top octaves to a dedicated compression tweeter. Each driver only covers the range it does best.
